You know... since we've been all coming though, do you really think only people come though? Who knows - maybe our closest Pokemon friends used to be our friends in our old world?
[A sigh - Vanille nuzzles her Yamask a little, and Lucy gives a slight smile. Her Mamoswine is still in the background - the one she dreamed about, alongside her friend.]
So! Maybe our wishes will come true in another way - I'm still wishing for all of your friends!
[Clap, and smile!
...Oh yeah. She'd better tell them. In case they chase her again.]
...Oh! By the by! Everybody - I'm going to go fight Misty! I'll be back after that - me and Lucy feel we're strong enough now! Speaking of - Lucy! You had something you wanted to ask, right?

[The Yamask gives a whine, before switching to pure Poke-speak.]

[A nod, and Vanille stops the post. No, she doesn't know what her ghost buddy said.]

[She says, with a smile - hugging her Blitzle so close. But Lucy looks at the Blitzle, and frowns.]
I... I don't have fur, Blitz. Hee... he gets his Pokemon to scare me.

Yanille says she's leaving for... the badge, but she is scared. We are friends. But she is friends with Silver Hair, too.

She does not want to choose. But she has.

[Blitz thinks for a moment]

[The camera focuses on Lightning's feet for a bit, and on the bunny bouncing circles around her that pipes up with a few encouraging comments--"Silver Hair's just being silly! Be yourself and he'll come around!" as she plays with a teeny Cleffa who's too busy laughing to speak, but Lightning? She just tilts her head.]

I don't think so. If they'd turned into Pokémon, don't you think that they'd have found a way to let us know it's them? [Sure, some Pokémon share traits with humans they miss, but...it's not the same.]

[Lightning... Vanille suddenly switches, this is how it does it, right? Yeah. She trusts you a little - she can tell you.]

[Lightning blinks at that, remembering her own dream and how it had left her actually frightened and looking to Serah to reassure herself that her sister was still here. Vanille...doesn't have that. She sighs quietly.]

Sometimes dreams are just dreams, Vanille. Even if they feel different. [she ducks her head, already hearing how not convincing that is.] Don't think too hard about it. You shouldn't worry.

[As interested as he is in this theory that people can come to this place as Pokemon, just ignoring the second half of the message would be very rude.]

Ah, Lucy-san... I'm sorry, I didn't quite catch that - could you say it again please?

[Maybe there's some translator program in his Pokegear that isn't working right...]

[The Yamask lets out a whine - and goes to repeat it quietly - in Pokespeak. A pause, before Vanille gives a laugh.]
Normal people can't understand Pokemon - even if Lucy is trying to re-learn how to speak.

Oh, I see.

[Who is she talking to then? Surely a Pokemon doesn't have the dexterity to use one of these devices...]

Keep trying, Lucy-san! If you keep practising, I'm sure we'll be able to understand you one day!
