With the way this world works, it's understandable.. people come and go constantly from what I gather. Some stay for months then leave, others stay for years. It's also true that people from any time and any place can arrive, so.. it's very possible your Fang is trying to find you and she'll come here soon. Waiting is difficult, but I'm sure she misses you as much as you miss her.
