[Do you like picnics? Because, even in the snow, Vanille has set up a picnic... wait. It's not snowy around her. Maybe it's because of the napping Groudon she's got right there, behind her.

Where is this picnic? It seems to be teleporting all around the place. Yay for teleporting picnics, right?

Anyway! Wanna go bother Vanille? She's got a lot of Fairy-types around her - along with a Bannete on her lap, and a Yamask across from her. Oh! And don't forget the Mamoswine nibbling at the snack food.]
I wonder if she'll turn up again this time? Last time, we found Lucy... though I couldn't remember until now. Who knows? We might even meet more new friends, everybody!
[But, if she does notice you... well, do you like having cute girls suddenly pulling you onto a blanket on top of a Legendary Pokemon.]

[Vanille first notices the Chocobo sounds, of course - and oh! Aero! Oh gosh you are so cute and you sound so loud!]
Good job! Now how'd you learn that?
[...She does wave to Lightning, though. Come on up, it's safe!]

[Safe? Right. ...May as well try, since this thing seems to be asleep. Aero just keeps on peeping, though.]

Hope taught him. There were chocobos with him.

[And a little Hope. All of them kwehing. Her ears are still ringing faintly, even as she easily but cautiously makes her way to Vanille's side.] I don't think he's quitting this anytime soon.

And he doesn't need to - this is one of those weird weekends, right? Like when I first arrived.
[It might stop. It might not.]
It's nice Hope's gotten to see some Chocobo, though! I wonder what sort of things I'll see! Other then Flammer down here.

[Lightning nods, climbing up enough that Aero flutters off her shoulder to go find something to nibble on, still kwehing on the way down like some little kid with an obsession.]

Who knows? Anything can happen around here. [Once safely atop Flammer, she sits down and sighs. Today's going to be interesting.] Try and be careful, alright?

[Whoops! Just as you say that, there is suddenly a second Vanille. The only difference is a crown! And a Ralts in her arms. Lucy lets out a few happy cheers, as this second Vanille is just... bouncing around.]
That's right! Sorry I'm late, Little Me - but anything can happen, right? Including gettin' lost!

[And the normal Vanille looks from the second one, to Lightning.]
I'll be careful~! Let's just hope my Pokemon don't catch the Choco-bug!

[Aero immediately leaves his nibbles to go and greet the newcomer and the fellow Psychic in her arms, kwehing the entire way. He sees nothing wrong with this, or with more people to show off his new skill to.

As for Lightning...well, she's just taking a moment to process that there's suddenly two Vanilles. She's seem some odd things in her time in this world, but this.....this is something else. She gives herself a shake, then:]

You two know each other?

Mhm - last time everything went weird, she appeared and showed me around the world! But, the weird thing is? I actually didn't remember her...
[Vanille lets out a huff, crossing her arms. Quickly, though, she stands up - what an interruption.] She says she's a queen, Lightning!

[...oh my gosh a kweh-ing little bird, Queen Vanille is just gonna kneel down with her present. This is so cute! Gotta love the little things! Her little Ralts, though, is reaching out for Aero.]
I'm not just a queen.

[While Aero draws ever closer to the queen and her gift, friendly as can be, Lightning stands and shakes her head. To her Vanille, she says:]

No one remembers this kind of thing. We've lost days before.[If this is that, anyway. To the other Vanille, however:]

If you're not just a queen, then what are you? Who are you?

[Does she seem a little bit wary? Maybe she is. It's a bit much to take in all at once, even if she seems harmless.]

At least we can remember a little, right?
[Vanille gives a dotdotdot look to the Queen, before looking back at Lightning.]

I'm from another version of this world, too!
[Look at that smile. It looks a little tired, as the gift Ralts lets out a slight raaaaaeh?]
And! I'm still the same Vanille, even though I'm a queen! Don't judge me! [Don't mind that little chuckle. Othering jokes.]

[And that's when Vanille speaks up again, with a grunt.]
Hey, c'mon! I got all this food ready - well, me and Lucy - so why don't we sit down! I mean - this warm guy could wake up any second.
[She's talking about Flammer. Can't they just have a creepy picnic?]

[A shrug--Lightning can't even get a word in edgewise between the two of them, so while she sighs at the queen, she can really only do as her friend asks and sit back down. Still a bit wary, to be sure, but fine. She can play nice.]

He'll wake up quicker if there's more noise. [Not that he seems to be noticing Aero's constant kweh's, though. Strange, this world is.]

[And as if, on cue, Flammer suddenly rises from the ground. Luckily, the blanket was set up on the flat part of the tail - and this is a larger then normal one. But it lets out a slight groan - before noticing people are there.

Do they want a ride? C: come on let's go for a romp around... uh, here.]

Oops! Guess I jinxed it! Or should that be Jyxned...?

You sure did, Little Me! Wonder how many people will go bye-bye?

What do you mean?!

It's a god, Little Me! It's gonna kill a few people. Wonder how many?

This is a god?!

What did you think it'd be? All worlds are ruled by gods. Some are just crueler then others. You'd know this well - both of you. Right, Lightning?

[Don't mind how route!Vanille is just staring up at the thing, as the Queen has a grin on her face. lightning halp

Flammer, though, is just gonna keep on almost skipping around.]

[She'd been content to stay seated when Flammer started to move, not wanting to fall, but those words from the queen make her stand, slowly, to take the few steps to her Vanille.]

Seems friendly to me. If it was going to kill people, it would make sense to start with the three of us, wouldn't it?

[Lady, you're a bit creepy. She whistles softly, calling a still kwehing Aero back to flutter up to her shoulder, and then cocks her head at the Queen. Waiting for answer? Indeed.]
